I swear every school holidays I go crazy! They seem to get worse the older the kids get...I would have thought I deserved some sort of reprieve by now. Obviously I was dillusional in thinking that one!
I was MAD enough to venture out to the shops with my 4 ferals today. Never & I mean N E V E R again! I was inundated with moans of Can I have...I want...Oh & let's nto forget the I NEED IT! chants all mother's hear in the holidays. I mean Christmas was last bloody week & they are still whinning for more stuff! KIDS I TELL YA!
*takes deep breath*
Ok all better now. I did manage to grab a couple of bargains while out. I got some Queen sized Bath Sheets for $15 each....guess who bought 6? *wink*
In other happenings, not alot is on the agenda. We are off to Forster tomorrow evening for the weekend to catch up with my dearest bestie Frances & kids. Gosh how I have missed them all. So much has happened & changed in both our lives over the last year......it will be great to sit & chat the days away. I can hear the giggling & laughter already. The kids are stoked about going to see them as well. They are friends, but the kind you consider to be family. We chose them to be family I guess is what I am trying to say.
Scrapping wise: I have managed one LO all week....Mr Mojo has left the building...someone must have loosened the staple holding him to my pin board....bugger! I have jsut had some photos printed off today for the first CIS Sketch Blog for the year. Just need to sit & get it done today before weekend hits.
Not much else to update with.....oh well there is a few things but I am not ready to share them as yet. Need to finalise some details & then I will be letting you all know whats going on.
Just need to be a little more patient with me & all will be revealed.
