Hiding -- Waiting....

That is pretty much what I have been up too. Personal things have kept me away from quite a lot of things over the last couple of weeks. I am also counting down the days (at this stage not the hours yet) until Eric arrives from the USA. I have 16 sleeps until he is here and I can physically reach out & touch him again *sigh* 4 months never used to seem like a long time, until now.

Tragedy struck Eric's family in the late hours of our evening yesterday. His BIL was in a workplace accident and has since had the lower part of his leg amputated. Any & all prayers, thoughts & well wishes are much appreciated for the family in this dark hour & the long road ahead. I have felt very useless today a result because I am so far away & can do nothing but sit & wait for updates.

Anyway -- not much scrapping has been happening .. serious lack of mojo and inspiration is lacking in all aspects.

Tam's Online Class My Beautiful Freak (Bek named this lo herself lol)

I have managed to sort through all my photos so that all my old wedding photos are now gone as well as the photos of Jut & myself. They have been packed away for Jessica when she is older to see that her parents were once happy together. I also sorted through all my layouts (OMG we are talking almost 600 LO's) and Jess now has a box of them for her..ones I have done of the family, her, the kids, myself etc. I was going to keep the wedding layouts but I decided it was best to be rid of them overall. So there has been spring cleaning going on I guess you would call it.

Jess arrives here on Saturday for a week with us. We are all so looking forward to it all. James is no longer living in Maitland, due to some issues that have been long standing & also some newer ones he has moved on as such. It was a difficult decision for Jut to make & I support his choice 1000%. It was the hardest thing as a parent either of us have had to choose to do but we stand firmly in support of each other on that. I am grateful we are still good friends despite the divorce.

OH I almost forgot this little bit -- all us scrappers know just how our partners groan at the mere mention of product, sales, anything really scrap related & shopping in the one sentence. With Scenic Route closing its doors *sob* I was gutted to hear of it..I was looking on their site & saw some of the super specials they have...when I told Eric...he asked for the links...YEP he spoilt me rotten. SO now when I get to our home there in Ohio I already have yummy products to play with as well as my Cricut Expression. Am I truly blessed & lucky to be loved by this amazing man? Sweetheart I know I have said this already but here let me say a million times over -- THANK YOU!

Anyway, I better get a wriggle on...I want to get some invitations finished for posting.

Blog soon.
