A Trip To The Doctors.

Well Bloggers, Jimmy had his check up at the psychiatrist. To say it went well would be a fib of the greatest magnitude. His medications are not working as they should do so now we start playing with the combinations. It also means I am going to have to take time off work as he has been talking of suicide once again. This is the joy of a Bi Polar child. Life is never dull & there is more then enough to keep my mind occupied. I am now having to keep an ever watchful eye on a 16 year old as well as a 4 year old. I am sure the 4 year old is much easier at the moment!

Jimmy was telling the Doctor & I yesterday that he had been on a downward spiral for well over 10 days but did not want to tell us for fear of making us panic etc. As was pointed out to him we need to know ASAP if he is on the downward spiral so that we can intervene & get the help needed straight away. So now we go back weekly to see the good ole Doctor as well as spending more time watching & feeling like a spy on our boy.

I have had my check up with my Doctor for my Depression etc. Things are not great due to the extra stress of Jimmy & a few other outside forces that have really sent me over the edge over the last month. Medications have been upped in dose & here is hoping it wil steady itself out. Was at the stage again of me having panic attacks & not wanting to leave my house...not a pleasant place to be.

The rest of the tribe have been pretty darn good. Rebekkah is off to zone for High Jump next Friday....so I will be sitting there supporting her....camera in hand as well *wink* Jessica is learning to write her alphabet at the moment. She can already write her name, mum, dad & Jimmy. She is such a clever munchkin! Shrimpy...well is Shrimpy..not much changes with him. He has a new girlfriend apparently.

No new LO's to share at the stage. I am still working on my second Embellished Idol LO. It is driving me a little nuts.

My biggest scrapping news other then the Spotlight in SM is that I have been asked to be a Guest Designer at a retreat next month. I have said yes & I so can't wait. I will be teaching 2 classes over the weekend. WOOHOO!!

Well people, I am off..time to cook dinner for the tribe & then back into the scrapping I go.
