What A Week!

Can someone please stop the world cos I want to get off!! So much is happening this week...most of it good too which is an added bonus.

Father's Day went well...my parents came over for dinner with my brother as well....I cooked a Roast Chicken & vegies...Apple Pie & Ice Cream for dessert. Was a good night. We all played Wii which was funny too. The kids kicked everyone's butts as always lol.
This is a photo I took of my 2 kidlets with my dad....i truly love this picture of them together. They all look so happy.

Other news for the week...after seeking come clarification, I am filing for my divorce tomorrow. We had thought we had to wait until October but it turns out we were wrong, we can file now...so I am off to Parramatta tomorrow to file all the relevant paperwork. I am happy that this step is now being taken for us both to move forward but I would be lying if I said it was not a little sad to see it happen. Nobody enters a marriage with even the slightest thought of it ending in divorce, but it happens, people change, circumstances happen, life happens. We move on & hope everyone involved has learnt the lessons that were needed...I learnt mine and take those lessons with me into a new life with the man who loves me without doubt, question or hesitation.

I am on the huge countdown to October 17.....are you here yet?? LOL

No real scrapping has been done...I have done some...but it is for classes that I will be teaching in between Uni & motherhood...I may sleep too at some point lol.

I better go..dinner is almost ready -- skinless chicken breasts with mushroom sauce with cheese over top & vegies...can you say YUM!
