Eric has returned to work -- same old crap there as always. The kids & I have resumed our lives here and it is funny because every so often one of them will look down the hallway & say 'I keep waiting for him to walk in the room...' we all miss him like crazy and we giggle over things that happened & were said.
I have scrapped a few pages since he left but my mojo is lacking due to a variety of reasons. There is soooooo much new product on the market and I can not get my hands on it due to income restrictions....expensive hobby I have chosen huh lol...then again I should try to plow my way through my stash and that way I can still scrap and perhaps learn some new techniques with the older stuff...*mental note check out my bookmarks for the tutorial pages*
On to the LO share:
Bek took this photo of Eric & I on Wollongong Beach...she had this thing of asking us to kiss for a photo then shrieking 'EWWWWW enough you can stop now!!!' was rather funny!
This was for the monthly sketch by the ever talented Felicity for Bon's November Sketch.
A LO just because.
This is for the November Sketch over at Scrapbook SavvyNot much else to share...I am working on a huge photo frame for my youngest daughter for Christmas & I plan on filling it with photos of my side of her family so that she never forgets us. There is a very long story there but I am not about to rekindle WW15 over it. Suffice to say there has been an ocean of tears shed by me over the last week in regards to the issues at hand. They will resolve themselves when the timing is right I am sure...for now..I smile as much as I can...LIKE I did this morning. I logged into Facebook to find a friend request from Eric's daughter Kate...I was touched beyond words over this. We have mailed back & forth this morning & it really was a ray of sunshine after such a horrible day yesterday. She is a lovely young woman who has an absolutely gorgeous little girl Addison. I saw some recent photos of that beautiful baby this morning & my heart just melted...not in the clucky way either but just at the fact she is soooooo cute!! Can not wait to meet her when we are there.
I guess it is true...one door closes & another opens..though me being called Grandma -- ummmmmm HELP!!! lmao!
Til next time....
Love & Scrappy Hugs

Love the scrapbook pages. I am glad you had a nice visit with Katie via the internet. She is a sweet young lady but I am bias being her Grandma. Addison is a really well behaved baby too. She was excited to know she was getting a new family.

For someone who is short on stash you sure make uo for it with talent!! Some people have all the ecpensive goodies in the world and still can't make the love shine through on their pages like you do.....you are right about checking out those bookmarked pages though..sometimes they are so inspiring!!
Fab layouts and keep up the good work on the huge photo frame it's probably one of the most importnat things you'll ever scrap.
